i met this adorable family bright and early on a humid july morning. our original session was scheduled for evening golden hour the previous day, but when some big thunderstorms rolled in, we had to go to plan B. and thank goodness we had a clear morning, because this family was on a plane back to new mexico the next day! i love the shots we captured for these guys at the pond in my neighborhood. in fact, its in the neighborhood where these two met back in 5th grade!!! a couple of decades and two gorgeous little boys later, they were visiting their folks in maryland and gave me the honor of taking their family portrait. i do think that photographing little boys is my specialty!
